Interior Auto Care
Interior Auto Care can be a challenge with our busy lives, not to mention tight spaces within the vehicle. The one most simple and important thing I can recommend is having a micro fiber towel or two sitting right next to you. Maybe in your door pocket, arm rest or other space within easy reach. Microfiber towels are good for a quick dusting while your sitting in traffic. They’re also great for wiping that spill that just occurred and removing other blotches of unwanted mess, all while minimizing scratches to your Vehicle Interior. Suggestion: to get in tight areas or corners, fold the microfiber with plush side out and use that corner you just created. Once stains or other grime dry and harden, the removal requires more aggressive means to remove. (Heat, Strong Chemicals, Excessive Wiping) All of which can run the risk of marring or causing other damage to the surface containing the Stain or Residue. Another option to assist with this is Interior Nano Coatings. Wait.. you mean the same Coatings that go on the outside of a car? Pretty much. However these coatings should be specifically designed to adhere to the surface being coated. Like Textile such as leather, Suede or Alcantara. There are fabric coatings for cloth seats, carpets & even for plastic trim and panels. They Protect your surface from damage due to ink, liquids, salts, UV Damage & more. And assist with scratch resistants on hard steady surfaces that are coated. This leaves you with a newer looking vehicle and more peace of mind that Not if, but WHEN residue, spills or marks present themselves on your coated interior- it can be removed with ease. Not to mention increasing the resale value or maintaining for returning a leased vehicle. Back to microfiber towels- if you happen to not have any on hand, Please ask your Detailer if they have a fresh one you can have. (Well used microfiber towels or ones that have been used for coatings don’t absorb). It can make all the difference!
